gk9pg reserves the right to immediately cancel an account and forfeit the associated balance if false or misleading information is provided during registration.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential — do not share them with anyone.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• You are advised to change your password regularly and to use a strong password.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on the gk9pg platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members registered on gk9pg are eligible for a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to claiming and using bonuses:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount. That means a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳30,000 in wagers.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each promotion may have its own additional conditions, which will be detailed on the promotion page.
• gk9pg reserves the right to cancel a bonus and investigate an account if bonus abuse is suspected.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the gk9pg platform are conducted fairly and impartially. The following rules must be strictly followed to ensure fair play:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games through collusion with other players or by any fraudulent means is prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game software or system is prohibited.
• The platform authority's decision is final — in the event of any dispute over game results, server logs will be treated as authoritative evidence.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
